Dr. Caitlin will address osteoporosis-related concerns in this presentation and demonstrate how with some modifications, yoga can be a great practice to include in the daily routines of people living with osteoporosis. Dr. Caitlin will also discuss which movements should be modified for people with osteoporosis and why, which postures should be encouraged, and which postures should be avoided as well as theprinciples for a safe yoga culture.
