ENHANCED CBMD CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM:

The CBMD Program continues to enhance educational programming for both physicians and technologists that now includes a combination of lectures and workshops and the newest innovation, the introduction of interactive programming plus a positioning workshop, and a written examination offering technologists the opportunity to earn a CBMD Accredited Densitometry Technologist (ADT) designation.

This program will be comprehensive two-day event for technologists and one day for physicians. Technologists will be required to complete and pass a written examination and to submit a minimum of four DXA scans in order to fulfill the practical aspect of their assessment.

CME CREDIT

This event is has been submitted for approval as an accredited group learning activity under Section 1 of the Framework of CPD option for the Maintenance of Certification Program of RCPSC for 7.5 credits and to CAMRT for 12.0 credits.
