Our work is carried out through four distinct program areas: bone health, diagnosis, management of osteoporosis and professional education.
Through this Web-based information network we will:
- establish a visible presence for Ontario Osteoporosis Strategy;
- provide a centralized access point for reliable health information, best practices, resources and research relating to osteoporosis
- share knowledge among researchers, health care professionals, educators, persons with osteoporosis and the public;
- monitor new research and emerging issues affecting osteoporosis prevention, diagnosis and management; and
- promote and develop links to new information accessible through international networks.
